Kelli Rojas, Grants Manager, Rose Community Foundation
Kelli manages operations for the Rose Community Foundation’s grantmaking portfolio—from developing and managing grant application processes to interfacing with applicants and grantees to envisioning and implementing new ways to collect impact data.
Prior to joining the team at Rose Community Foundation, Kelli worked in corporate philanthropy, managing grantmaking processes for the global grant portfolio and operational excellence-related projects at the Western Union Foundation. Over the years, Kelli has worked with thousands of nonprofit organizations, professionals, and consultants to build capacity.
Kelli is a Colorado native and deeply passionate about community service. She serves as Communications chair for the PEAK Grantmaking Rocky Mountain Regional Chapter, president of the Alumni Association Board for the University of Denver’s undergraduate leadership program, and a Boettcher Foundation Alumni Ambassador. She is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver program and the Colorado Nonprofit Social Enterprise Exchange.
She earned a master’s degree in International Development and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish at the University of Denver
